Total Carbohydrate 1 g, Vitamin A (as retinyl acetate) 750 mcg (2,500 IU), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 200 mg, Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 75 mcg (3,000 IU), Vitamin E (as d-alpha and mixed tocopherols) 10 mg (15 IU), Calcium (from calcium lactate) 41 mg, Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 6.7 mg, Zinc (from TRAACS™ zinc bisglycinate chelate) 15 mg, Selenium (as selenium yeast)(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 150 mcg, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) Fruit Extract 300 mg standardized to ≥ 12% anthocyanins, Bioflavonoids Complex 50 mg from Citrus (Citrus ssp.) Peel Extract. Other Ingredients: cellulose powder, croscarmellose sodium, silica, vegetable source stearic acid, ethylcellulose, vegetable source magnesium stearate, citric acid.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, when needed. Children (6 years old and up): 1 tablet twice daily, when needed. If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
