Directions
Place the Flexikold cold pack in the freezer for 1 - 2 hours (Can keep in freezer when not in use). Remove cold pack from freezer and place a light towel or fabric barrier between the skin and cold pack. Apply to area for treatment. We recommend asking your medical professional for the recommended time to keep the gel pack on the body. Without professional advice, do not exceed 20 minutes of cold therapy at a time.
