Directions
Place the Sea-Bands on your child's wrists, ensuring the acupressure button is positioned on the inside of the wrist, about 2–3 finger widths below the palm (on the Nei-Kuan point). Ensure the bands fit comfortably and securely, but not too tight. They can be worn for extended periods without discomfort. After use, wash the bands by hand or in a gentle machine cycle, and allow to air dry before reusing.
