For detox, dissolve 1/8 to 1/4 TSP of HaloDetox powder in 4 ounces of pure water. Follow immediately with 12-16 oz of plain pure water. Wait 30-45 minutes to see if detox symptoms improve & increased urination begins. If not, repeat process as needed or as recommended by health care professional.
