يوم الأطفال في "الروبيتوسين" و "نايت كوف فاين" يقدمون دواء السعال هذا اليوم والليل من الطب البارد يتضمن حزمة الأطفال من "الروبيتوسين دي إم كوف" و"تشيست" التي تحتوي على مُستقبِل وسعال، و"كهف الأطفال الليلي" الذي يجمع بين مضادات الهستامين مع كبت سعال. إن دواء الأطفال البارد والسعال النهاري يساعد على تخفيف السعال مؤقتاً بسبب الحلق الطفولي والتهيج الرئوي، ويوفر الإغاثة من السعال الجاف. مع تركيبة دواء السعال غير النخاع، متوقّع سوائل وكبح السعال، يوم الأطفال الآلي يساعد الأطفال على الشعور بالتحسّن. إعطاء 5 ملليترات من سعف الأطفال و إزدحامهم إلى الأطفال من 4 إلى 6 سنوات و 10 مللي إلى الأطفال من 6 إلى أقل من 12 و 20 ميلاً للبالغين 12 سنة و أكثر من أربع ساعات لا تأخذ أكثر من 6 جرعات في أي فترة 24 ساعة ولا يستخدم الأطفال دون سن الرابعة، ولا يقاسون إلا بكوب الجرعة المقدم، ويحتفظون بكوب الجرعة مع المنتج. لمدة تصل إلى ثماني ساعات من الراحة الليلية، إعطاء 10 مللي من كسع الأطفال الليلي (الروبيتوسين) للأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 6 سنوات وأقل من 12 أو 20 ميلاً للبالغين 12 عاماً وعلى مدى ست ساعات. لا تأخذ أكثر من 4 جرعات في أي فترة 24 ساعة. الأطفال دون السادسةاستخدام.

Children's Robitussin Cough & Chest Congestion DM Do not use if are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have cough that occurs with too much phelgm (mucus). Cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Children's Robitussin Nighttime Cough Long-Acting DM Do not use to sedate a child or to make a child sleepy. If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, glaucoma, a cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus), a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts or as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic Bronchitis or emphysema. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product. Do not use more than directed. Marked drowsiness may occur. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Excitability may occur, especially in children. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition.
