d w b For Digestion: 1) Take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Haritaki powder. 2) Mix with one cup of warm water. 3) Drink as a tea daily twice a day after food. For Dark Circle: 1) Take 2-3 teaspoon of Haritaki powder. 2) Mix with small quantity of warm water or green tea and make a thick paste. 3) Apply it on a dark circle & keep it for 20-25 minutes. 4) For best results use it 2-3 times a week. For Glowing Face: 1) Take 50 grams of Haritaki powder. 2) Take a liquid substance such as water or green tea water to make it act as a binding agent. 3) Take 25 grams Besan, 25 grams Multani, 15 grams Chandan powder. 4) Mix it up well and apply it over the face after taking steam to open up the skin pores. 5) Wait for around 20 minutes to let it settle down and dry over your face.
