Directions
3mL in water every 1-3 hours for up to 5 days. Limit to 9 servings per day. Longer term support: 2-4 servings per day. Recommended Use Strategies: #3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) 2-4x a day as needed for support. Can be used up to one month four times per year. Consult with a practitioner for consistent use beyond one month.
