Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse side effects occur including rash, gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, sleep disorder, tiredness or dry mouth. Use of St. John's Wort may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of usage. Limit exposure to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps or booths. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Tamper Resistant: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions
For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea, or dispersed in any liquid desired. Store in a cool, dry place.
