Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 100 mg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 40.2 mg, Selenium (as selenium krebs++) 200 mcg, Other ingredients: Microcystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), vegetable stearate, and magnesium silicate. ++Krebs = Citrate, Fumarate, Malate, Glutarate and Succinate Complex
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
