Take two (2) capsules one to two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If detox symptoms occur, lower the dose to ¼ capsule and slowly increase to the full dose. Can be taken with or without food. Please Note: Capsules may be opened and mixed into water, juice, or apple sauce. Consume immediately after mixing. Do not heat.
