Directions
Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children (6 - 12 years): ½ the adult dosage.
