Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7 from Natto) is the most biologically active form of vitamin K2. Derived from 100% natural Japanese natto (a fermented soybean product), menaquinone-7 is scientifically proven to help promote bone and cardiovascular health by keeping calcium out of the arteries and getting it to where it really belongs—into the bones that need it. DIRECTIONS: For adults, take two (2) capsules daily before a meal. If necessary, three (3) capsules a day may be taken.
