Zhi Mu, Anemarrhena (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides) is a plant native to China, South Korea, and Mongolia. Its habitats are mountain woodlands, exposed slopes and hills, scrub, grassy slopes, steppes. Anemarrhena Asphodeloides is an evergreen perennial growing to 1ft 8in by 3ft 3in. The flowering period is from August to September. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs).

Directions
Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
