Choline (as phosphatidylcholine and choline bitartrate) 64 mg, Glutathione (as S-acetyl-L-glutathione)(Emothion) 100 mg. Other ingredients: purified water, vegetable glycerin, sunflower lecithin with tocopherols, natural flavors, organic acacia gum, potassium sorbate, Lipid-Protect (oleic acid, CoQ10, tocotrienols with carotenoids, CMO (cetyl myristoleate (Kombo nut oil)), astaxanthin oil (algae)).
Directions
Shake lightly before each use. On an empty stomach or between meals, take 4 ml (about 3/4 tsp) by mouth. May also mix in 1 oz. of water or juice (juice may be preferred due to the potent taste of glutathione). Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
