Each serving size (2 softgel capsules) contains: Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 3 IU, Marine Lipid Triglycerides (Docosahexaenoic acid, Eicosapentaenoic acid) 1000 mg. Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), glycerin, water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and glycerin triacetate. Contains Fish Oil (from anchovies and sardines).
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
