Directions
Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose.Remove the safety cap and prime the pump by pressing down several times until a fine mist appears (first-time use only).Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the bottle upright.Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril.Repeat 4–5 times daily or as needed for relief.After use, clean the nozzle and replace the cap.
