Ingredients
Iron (as Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate), Yellow dock root ~ Rumex crispus, Red raspberry leaf ~ Rubus idaeus, Lemongrass herb ~ Cymbopogon citratus, Beet root juice ~ Beta vulgaris, Stevia leaf extract ~ Stevia rebaudiana. Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, deionized water, blackberry juice concentrate, mixed berry natural flavor.
Directions
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon, one to two times per day. May be diluted in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. Best taken with food.
