RECOMMENDED USE: Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative).
RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day with food.
DURATION OF USE: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or following a low protein diet; have diabetes, iron deficiency, or are taking any prescription medications. If you have a liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practictioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if security seal is broken.
