Directions
Starting Dose: Take 2-3 capsules in the morning and 2-3 capsules in the evening with food for at least 4 weeks. Maintenance Dose: Take 1- 2 capsules with food twice daily. It can take up to 60 days to assess if Mirica® is right for you. Most people will begin to experience benefits in the first week and will continue to see improvement over the first 2-3 months.*
