Navodila
Priporočen dnevni vnos: Odrasli 10 ml (2 čajni žlički) dnevno. Otroci 5-15 let stari 5 ml (1 čajna žlička) dnevno. Lahko se jemlje samostojno ali meša z mlekom ali pomarančnim sokom.
