Inštrukcie
Take 1 capsule of serrapeptase daily for the first 3 days with a large glass of water. Must be taken on an empty stomach (45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals). You may feel a detox effect, this is normal. Stage 2: Increase to 1 capsule two times a day (for 7 days). Stage 3: Continue to increase the dosage slowly until you reach a therapeutic dose (about 4 to 6 total capsules daily). Final stage: Modify your dosage intake, take the minimum dose needed to manage your symptoms.
