Glycerol; Vitamin C Liposomal Proprietary Blend (non-GMO sunflower oil containing phosphatidylcholine; vitamin C as ascorbic acid; zinc bisglycinate; copper bisglycinate; selenomethionine); purified water; citrus oil, vanilla (natural flavors); beta carotene (natural colour); potassium bicarbonate; oleic acid; citric acid.
Directions
Adults and children aged 14+: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take on an empty stomach. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid.
