Ingredients
Each serving size (2 vegetarian capsules) contains: Colostrum 1,000 mg. Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(capsule), vegetable stearate. Contains Milk.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily. Advanced Use: Take 4 capsules twice daily, 30-45 minutes before exercise. Children (6-12 yrs.): Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Capsules may be opened and sprinkle dona small amount of food.
