Directions
Pre-Workout: Add 2 scoops(1 serving) to 6-12oz of water 20-30 min before training. Shake for 20 seconds to mix. DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS PER DAY. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Some athletes may experience a harmless tingling sensation that is associated with beta alanine.
