Breathe-easeXL® is an *enhanced* nasal moisturizing formula and irrigation solution that is effective and gentle for cleansing the nose and sinuses to maintain good sinus health. Specially formulated for pulsatile sinus irrigation and all other nasal/sinus irrigation and cleansing. -More gentle than plain saline. Just add one spoonful (measuring spoon provided) to the Hydro Pulse Irrigator basin (500 ml) and warm water and you’re ready-to-go.

Other choices are distilled, microfiltered, commercially bottled, or as mentioned earlier, previously boiled water at lukewarm body temperature.
