Directions
Saffron: Make a tea by adding 1 heaping teaspoon of saffron to 2 cups of boiling water. Allow to steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain, serve, and enjoy. Make fresh daily. Slippery Elm Bark: As a dietary supplement, stir 1 teaspoon into 1 cup of water and simmer for several minutes. Let cool. Add honey and sip or gargle, several times per day.
