Directions
Suggested Use: 0-2 yrs: 5-10 Drops. 3-11 yrs: 1/8 tsp. 12 yrs +: ¼ tsp. Take 1-3 times a day. We suggest avoiding the use of stimulants, such as caffeine. Caffeine can further stress the adrenal glands to work harder.
