Directions
1. Clean and dry the affected area. 2. Remove the blue piece film cover from the Skin-on-Skin pad. 3. Place the pad directly on the blister or hot spot. 4. Secure the pad in place with an adhesive bandage, medical tape, or athletic tape. 5. The pad can last up to 24 hours and should be replaced daily. 6. For large areas, measure and order the appropriate size based on the instructions provided.
