Each bag contains 4 oz of organic or wildcrafted whole Elderberries sourced from Albania. GENERALLY PREPARED: Elderberries are traditionally prepared as tea or tincture. They can also be added to foods, smoothies, and juices. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of Elderberries to 10 ounces of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy! Pregnant or nursing mothers, individuals under 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should consult a physician before use.
