Directions
For Adults, take Solffon on an empty stomach, 1 hour before bedtime. Start with 3 capsules and adjust slowly, increase or decrease until you find what works best for you. Do not exceed 5 capsules at a time. If needed, you can take another dose after 4 to 6 hours, but do not take more than 10 capsules in 24 hours.
