Directions
Administer daily. Give at mealtimes. Use in conjunction with a low phosphate diet. Divide total daily amount listed between meals. Scoop included. Administer by weight: 10 lb (4.5 kg) and under: 1/2 scoop. Over 10 lb (4.5 kg): 1 scoop. 21 - 40 lb (9.5 - 18 kg): 2 scoops. 41 - 60 lb (19 - 27 kg): 3 scoops. 61 - 80 lb (28 - 36 kg): 4 scoops. 81 - 100 lb (37 - 45 kg): 5 scoops. Over 100 lb (45 kg): 6 scoops. CAUTIONS: If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.
