Ingredients
Turmeric root -Curcuma longa, Black pepper fruit extract-Piper nigrum, Vegetable glycerin, deionized water, ginger essential oil
Directions
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily, up to three times daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water as a delicious herbal tea.
