Directions
1. Empty the enema bag or bucket. 2. Insert 3 tablespoons of PureLife Enema Coffee into the enema bag or bucket. 3. Add distilled water to the fill line. 4. Hang the bag or place the bucket on a stable, elevated surface. 5. Lubricate the tip of the enema tube. 6. Insert the tube into the rectum slowly. 7. Allow the coffee solution to flow in. 8. Retain the solution for 12-15 minutes. 9. Release and empty the bowels. Repeat as needed.
