Ingredients
Psyllium seed husks, oat bran, acacia gum, non-GMO soy fiber, apple fiber, natural orange flavor, citric acid, stevia extract.
Directions
Adults and children over 12: Take 1 heaping tablespoon, 1 to 3 times daily. Children 6–12: Take ½ to 1 level teaspoon, 1 to 3 times daily. Begin with 1 serving per day, then gradually increase to 3 servings daily if needed. Stir briskly into at least 8 ounces of water and drink immediately. Drinking additional liquid throughout the day is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount taken until the body adjusts. May be taken with meals or between meals. For best results, use daily
