Vega Sport Endurance Gels also feature coconut oil, which is a medium-chain triglyceride that's metabolized in the liver in order to provide instant, non-carbohydrate energy. Directions
Dosage:<BR>Adults take one heaping teaspoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 to 12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and allow your body to adjust.
