Directions
Suggested use: Shake container before each use. Add ½ to 1 scoop of Magna-Calm to 3oz hot water. Mix thoroughly. Add up to 3 oz of hot or cold water and consume. Should loose bowels occur, simply reduce the dosage until bowel movements are normal.
