Each serving size (3 capsules) contains: Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 10.7 mcg, Vitamin K (vitamin K1) 184 mcg, Calcium (calcium citrate/malate) 400 mg, Magnesium (magnesium aspartate) 49 mg, Zinc (zinc picolinate) 12 mg, Copper (copper glycinate) 1 mg, Manganese (manganese aspartate) 2.1 mg, Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 30 mcg, Boron (boron glycinate) 0.85 mg, Ipriflavone 214 mg, Silica (from bamboo) 9 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
