Ingredients
Calcium 4.4 mg, Magnesium 11 mg, Sodium 102 mg, Potassium 3.7 mg. Other ingredients: cold micro-filterednatural seawater.
Directions
1 ampoule daily, 15-30 minutes before a meal. Hold in mouth for 30-60 seconds, then swallow. Additional ampoules (up to 3) can be consumed in divided doses prior to meals and strenuous physical and mental activity. Refer to box insert for specific guidelines.
