Directions
SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 level scoop mixed with 8 ounces (240 ml) of water, 1-3 times daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Scoop included. START SLOW: To help your gut gently adjust to these new prebiotics, take only 1/2 scoop daily for first 2 weeks. Then slowly work up to 1 level scoop, 1-3 times daily.
