Directions
Heat approach: Place the mask in a microwave on a paper towel. Set power to high and heat for 20 seconds. Before applying, always touch the eye mask with fingers first, to test for the desired temperature. For additional heat, microwave in 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed a maximum of 30 seconds of heating. Insert the mask into the washable cover or use it directly without the cover. Place the mask over closed eyes and secure it with an adjustable strap, if preferred. Apply the mask for 5-10 minutes or as directed by your doctor. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time. Cold approach: Place the mask in a sealable plastic bag and then in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the mask from the freezer and withdraw from the plastic bag. Insert the mask into the washable cover or use it directly without the cover. Place the mask over closed eyes, securing with the adjustable strap, if preferred. Wear for 5 to 7 minutes or as directed by your doctor.
