Poison Ivy Soap removes the Urushiol (the invisible oil from the plants), thus controlling the rash and removing the itch. Wash after exposure or after the rash occurs. If exposed, rinse the areas with coll water and lather on the Poison Ivy Soap to remove the urushiol oils. If a rash develops, wash and rinse affected areas with the Poison Ivy Soap, pat a little lather on the rash, and leave it on to dry. Repeat as necessary to control the itch.
