Ingredients
thiamin (as thiamin hydrochloride), riboflavin (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), iron (as ferrous gluconate), and a proprietary blend of aqueous herbal extracts from carrot root, stinging nettle leaf/dwarf nettle leaf, spinach leaf, couch grass rhizome, fennel fruit, kelp, and hibiscus flower.
Directions
This product is highly concentrated and should be mixed with liquid or food in divided servings. Adults take 10 drops initially. Gradually increase to 40 drops (1/2 tsp) 1-2 times daily. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce serving amount. Re-mineralize Purified Water: Add 20-40 drops per gallon or to taste (2-4 drops per 12 oz).
