Organic Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid in digestion including, lack of appetite, nausea, indigestion, and dyspepsia. Designed to be non-drowsy, easy-to-swallow and taste-free. Safe for adults and children 6 years and up. Take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single tablet at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed.

No added artificial colours, preservatives, sugar, gluten.
Directions
Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single tablet at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets a day.
