Each Gravol Ginger Tablet contains approved therapeutic levels of Certified Organic Ginger for the treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting due to motion sickness. Organic Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid in digestion including, lack of appetite, nausea, indigestion, and dyspepsia. Designed to be non-drowsy, easy-to-swallow and taste-free. Safe for adults and children 6 years and up. Take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single tablet at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed.

No added artificial colours, preservatives, sugar, gluten.
Directions
Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single tablet at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets a day.
