WARNING: Always test pad temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep while using pad. For extreme, prolonged or chronic pain, contact a physician. Use only as directed. Do not overheat. Always follow heating instructions on packaging as overheating can cause burns. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy the pad. When using pad for cold therapy, do not leave pad in freezer for an extended period of time. Do not use excess of 15-20 minutes at a time and avoid direct contact with skin. Hot Therapy: Use to encourage milk let-down and flow. Apply warm pads before pumping or wrap around pump flange for a more effective pumping session. Heat in a microwave or hot water.
