Suggested Use: 12+ years: take 1 tablespoon, 1 - 3 times a day. 6-12 years: take 1 teaspoon, 1 - 3 times a day. How to take it: Stir the fiber supplement briskly into at least 8 ounces of liquid. You can mix this into water, orange juice — recommended, milk, or any shakes. Drink immediately. You can also add this to your ingredients when baking goods.
