Nexium 24HR ClearMinis Acid Reducer Heartburn Relief Capsules with Esomeprazole Magnesium contain all the power of Nexium 24HR heartburn medicine in an approximately 38 percent smaller pill. Just one Nexium 24HR ClearMinis capsule a day provides complete 24 hour protection from heartburn (1). A proton pump inhibitor (PPI), Nexium 24HR capsules contain a delayed release formula with esomeprazole magnesium to block acid at the source for complete heartburn protection (2). Like other PPIs, Nexium clear mini capsules may take 1 to 4 days to reach full effect, but relief lasts 24 hours. Nexium has reduced the amount of plastic used by 24 tons in 2022.
