Instruções
Preparation: Ensure gel is evenly distributed as the contents may have settled during shipping. Gently massage the full length of the pouch several times to redistribute as needed. Depending on preference, pads may be frozen or refrigerated for cooling effect. Place the unopened pouch in the freezer or refrigerator and lay flat. Freeze or refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Application: Wash hands thoroughly. Gently flex the pouch to release the pad before opening. Tear the pouch and carefully remove frozen pad. Place the pad on top of your maternity pad in direct contact with the skin. Test temperature prior to use. Change the pad frequently or as needed. Discard after use.
