Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Taking more than the recommended dosage will not increase the intended benefit. Consult doctor before use if you have a medical condition, or are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI), (Ma Huang [Ephedra] or Yohimbe), or prescription drugs (including birth control pills and antidepressant drugs). Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse side effects occur including rash, gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, sleep disorder, tiredness or dry mouth. Use of St. John's Wort may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of usage. Limit exposure to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps or booths. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Tamper Resistant: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Instruções
For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea, or dispersed in any liquid desired. Store in a cool, dry place.
