RECOMMENDED USE: Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative).
RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day with food.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or following a low protein diet; have diabetes, iron deficiency, or are taking any prescription medications.
